Billing and your plan
Manage billing in Settings → Account and Billing in the web app.
Pro costs $5 per month. Genius costs $7 per month and has the same features; the difference is a supporter contribution. Tax is calculated at checkout. See Pricing.
Start a plan or trial
Section titled “Start a plan or trial”Choose Choose Pro or Choose Genius and complete checkout. An eligible account receives a 7-day trial. It starts when you choose a plan, not when you created the account. The billing screen shows Free trial ends with the end date.
There is one trial per account. If your account has already had a trial, a new checkout is paid immediately; signing in another way or opening a new workspace does not start a second trial. Review checkout and the billing screen.
Without a plan, toolkits remain editable; connecting a computer requires an eligible trial or subscription.
Change a plan or payment details

Cancel or keep a subscription
Section titled “Cancel or keep a subscription”Choose End subscription, review the date shown, and confirm End your subscription?. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the applicable period; your toolkit configuration is not deleted. The confirmation screen states when access ends.
A cancellation reason is optional; Prefer not to say is available. After scheduling cancellation, choose Keep subscription to cancel that scheduled change.
Check it worked
Section titled “Check it worked”Return to the billing screen and confirm the plan, payment state, trial end, or scheduled cancellation date matches your choice. Opening the portal does not confirm that a change completed.
Accounts and teams
Section titled “Accounts and teams”Your plan belongs to your account and works in every workspace you use. Teams use individual seats; one person’s subscription does not cover everyone.
