Billing and your plan
Manage billing in Settings → Account and Billing in the web app.
Every plan has every feature. The plans differ in how many workspaces your account can own:
- Personal: 2 workspaces.
- Team: unlimited workspaces.
The pricing page shows what each plan costs today.
A launch sale is on, and checkout takes its discount. Subscribe during it and the discount stays on your account for as long as you have it, including when you switch plans or come back after cancelling.
Tax is calculated at checkout. See Pricing.
Start a plan or trial
Section titled “Start a plan or trial”Choose a plan and complete checkout. An eligible account receives a 7-day trial. It starts when you choose a plan, not when you created the account. The billing screen shows Free trial ends with the end date.
There is one trial per account. If your account has already had a trial, a new checkout is paid immediately; signing in another way or opening a new workspace does not start a second trial. Review checkout and the billing screen.
Without a plan, toolkits remain editable; connecting a computer requires an eligible trial or subscription.
Switch plans or update payment details
Section titled “Switch plans or update payment details”| Action | Where to find it |

| Change plans | Switch plan or the other plan’s switch button. You get the new plan right away, there is no charge for switching, and the new price starts at your next renewal. |

Cancel, or undo a cancellation
Section titled “Cancel, or undo a cancellation”Choose End subscription, review the date shown, and confirm End your subscription?. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the applicable period; your toolkit configuration is not deleted. The confirmation screen states when access ends.
A cancellation reason is optional; Prefer not to say is available. After scheduling cancellation, choose Keep subscription to cancel that scheduled change.
Check it worked
Section titled “Check it worked”Return to the billing screen and confirm the plan, payment state, trial end, or scheduled cancellation date matches your choice. Opening the portal does not confirm that a change completed.
One plan across workspaces and teams
Section titled “One plan across workspaces and teams”Your plan belongs to your account and works in every workspace you use. The workspace allowance counts the workspaces you own; workspaces other people invite you to never count. When you own as many as your plan includes, creating another asks you to move to a plan with more. Moving to a plan with fewer deletes nothing.
Each teammate needs their own subscription; one person’s plan does not cover everyone in a workspace.
